I don't know if I have the code page wrong or whatever but I can't get the
correct results.

Here is how I call the program for testing:

call hash6r parm('HCO-LAKEW-938^220568^1451497815^250^USD'
'mJpSl0hTtf71gdV6kAdf')

here is the result:
36D2B29365D6F1DFD287A31CCE52EC2333

The correct result, per
http://www.freeformatter.com/hmac-generator.html#ad-output is
a4550a8c73a5e59e94720623ffb5f2b77727a07b
