I ran a SNDPTFORD SF98720 just to get the cume cover letter to test.
I ran a SNDPTFORD SF99720 to redownload the cume.
I then ran
INSPTF LICPGM((*ALL)) DEV(*SERVICE) INSTYP(*DLYALL)
Which is pretty much the same as GO PTF, 8 with telling it to NOT IPL.
I ran another SNDPTFORD listing all groups.
Ran the INSPTF again.
