Adapter id is 5 on both.

I see the problem.
On the client, the adapter id somehow got changed from client to server.

Do you have a matching Client SCSI adapter on the target/guest LPAR ?

Not seeing the virtual disks on the client side.
DLPAR all necessary HMC changes.
I created all the necessary objects on both host and client.
Completed the linking.
1=Vary on the Network Server
