Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be an easily acquired BNF for the SQL standard that DB2 for i 7.1 is based on (at least that I've been able to find). The only thing I've found that's official is PDF documents on the ISO website.

PLUS there's a fair bit of IBM i specific deviations.
