Are their telnet sessions named devices? For example my telnet session is
ROBS1. Not just any entry from the QPADEV* list.

DSCJOB

Then I 'disconnect' that session from IBM i Access Client Solutions.
I reconnect it
Sign back on
Job connected again. Sign on information ignored.

and I'm right in the same job.
