Yes, you need to use the .exe programs in the StartPrograms directory
when
starting ACS, Otherwise, things are not going to work well.

Has the download naming scheme ​changed?

​I just downloaded IBMiAccess_v1r1.zip​ from the link you provided...

But I also have a IBMiAccess_v1r1m4_Update2.zip I downloaded back in August.

Is there someplace in the zip file that I can see the full version so I can
keep the version straight?
