At Cintas, the rental locations each had a rack with a windows PC that you could remote to. I don't know if it was an HMC or just a laptop, but it had iSeries Access and the ACS console running on it. Both could be operational at the same time, and IIRC, ACS had a dedicated Ethernet port on the 515.

Subject: Re: Console setup for S814?

Ok, I found the link in the hardware infocenter pointing me back to the IBM
i Infocenter.

Question, the S814 and v8.2 docs talk about using ACS as the operations
console.

I currently have a PC running iAccess for Windows as the Console for my
current 515.

Can/Should I use iAccess for Windows?

If not, Any issues running the ACS console on the same PC and the iAccess
windows console for my 515?

Thanks!
Charles
