Only *USRPRF objects that the user has *OBJOPR and *READ authority to will
be returned.
There is another one which doesn't retrieve near the information but
doesn't have near the read restrictions also. Sort of like the hack of
looking for user message queues to get a list of users versus user
profiles you may not have access to.
