I didn't think we were entitled for DB2 Web Query 2.1, so I installed 1.1. I had issues with version 1.1 so I contacted IBM support. They informed me that we're entitled to 2.1, and they asked me to use it instead.

Two questions:

1. Do I just do DLTLICPGM LICPGM(5733QU2) to get rid of version 1.1?

2. The ESS download for 2.1 is a .UDF file (Universal Disk Format). Can I add that directly to virtual optical, or do I have to go old-school and actually burn a DVD?
