You could try and use TNAPI, it allows for you to sign on and execute commands. Yeah should be able to get it to logon to sst and hardware service manager.

Ibm has "must gather" tools that collect various pieces of system data, not sure if a rack config is one of them. Check the iDoctor site for that tool.
