I honestly do not know Jim. I know that this is a brand new printer, used for the first time and only printing one type of forms so far (let's call it "A-Forms"). I checked and there is no other job in our company printing to that printer.
About the *WSCST object: does not this controls the way the printer will behave in general, this may affect the existing way that the "A-Forms" are being printed, right? I mean, if I specify 0 margins, it will misalign the existing "A-Form"; they are currently printing fine.

A workstation customization object *wscst should handle this. You can have multiple device descriptions defined for the same printer/ip - each with their own outq.
Question - does this printer truly have an IPDS card?
Jim
