An older log has this entry..
Application identifier located on the SSLAppName directive not registered
to use SSL, error = 6002
I have to try and find the conf where that SSLAppName is.

Its saying to check the error log. I can't recall exactly the path
the ADMIN server stores it's access/error/etc logs in. So you may

do some digging on that (or call IBM and explain the issue if you
initializeSSLsupport still...)
