I am currently running HMC code 8.8.3.0 SP1
I am currently using firmware FW810.21 (108) on two S814 (8286-41A) and
one S824 (8286-42A).
I am thinking of upgrading to firmware SV830_068 (FW830.10).
I have no idea what "OPAL firmware or PowerKVM" are.
I am running lpars of VIOS (2.2.3.4), AIX (7.1) and IBM i (7.1 & 7.2 with
recent TR's)

Firmware support statement
The 830 release stream only supports the PowerVM hypervisor. Customers
using OPAL firmware or PowerKVM should NOT install this release stream.
OPAL & PowerKVM will be supported in a future release.
