restore with allow obj diff did not fix it.
Did a RCLDLO *INT, followed by an ipl (had not done startup since restore
of system (restore 21 steps)
will submit rstdlo of a specific ASP (2) to see if better.
Each ASP has near the max of dlo objects. We have vendor app still writing
the stuff.
