I have identified that at least these levels will contain the PTFs. It's possible they appeared on an earlier level but these groups go back a month.

V6R1M1 - MF60295, MF60289 -> HIPER 202
V7R1M0 - MF60296, MF60293 -> HIPER 142
V7R2M0 - MF60297, MF60294 -> HIPER 38

I was somewhat surprised to download newly released Hardware PTF group but not seeing these PTFs in those groups.
