I might be wrong - there is no mention of extra cost on the web site.

Jim, maybe just try going to the ESS site as described on the web page at http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1010355 - the additional packages may just show up, and if that's the case, there's no extra cost.
