Did you maybe clobber a library for Media and Storage Extensions?
To find the registry use WRKREGINF. You'll find the exit points in there.

Subject: Advanced Backup Option (Exit point)
Hello all,
I have a system that's been repurposed for training. This was our old ERP
server. I didn't completely scratch the system, just removed libraries and
disabled users. Now, I'm trying to set up a backup for this system, and the
backup failed because it couldn't find the exit program. The only place I
see where the exit program is defined is under OpsNav Backup Properties
(What-->Advanced).
Is there a way to remove this exit point. As a workaround, I just created
the library and exit program that just declares the parms and does nothing
else. But I really don't want that kludge.
Thanks,
Mark Walter
