From the same machine? Or from all machines trying to connect to this IBMi?
Anything in the windows event log?
Not knowing much about the internals of client access, I would run
sysinternals process monitor and see if it fails to open a file or connect
to a tcp port. My next step would be trying to look at the tcp traffic with
wireshark. Not sure if that can man in the middle ssl though.
If you want help with process monitor I can provide more guidance.
