Here's a thought that we just migrated to using TAATOOLs CHGLIBJOBD - Change Lib List frm JOBD - TAA (CHGLBLJOBD)
Instead of adding, removing a bunch of libraries, use a jobd to control the list.
Single point of control.

CHGLBLJOBD JOBD(D1BRCOBJ/CM_SIGNON)

The Change Library List from Job Description command changes the
user portion of the library list to the value in a named Job
Description. A value of *SYSVAL is supported in the JOBD and causes
the library list to be changed to the value of the QUSRLIBL system
value. CHGLBLJOBD can be used to simplify changing the library list
in some environments.

Subject: Anyone written a functional duplicate of EDTLIBL?

First time in a shop living by Sarbanes Oxley. EDTLIBL is locked down, but CHGLIBL, ADDLIBLE, and RMVLIBLE are available.

I'm ready to write my own EDTLIBL but wanted to check first with this esteemed group to see if anyone else has invented this wheel and is willing to share the code.
