You can decide at this time to resume the data replication from the secondary V7000 to the primary V7000 with the *REATTACH option of PowerHA Change SVC Session command.

If both V7000 were online during the crash (eg if only the server was down), they keep a list of updated tracks so that only the difference is copied.
Of course, if your primary V7000 was the failing item, it may be necessary to send back all the content but you can do it while your business runs on the secondary site.
