The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
All I know is that I try
https://www.ibm.com/w_dir/webcom.nsf/comment?openform
and it doesn't work. But when I try
https://www-912.ibm.com/w_dir/webcom.nsf/comment?openform
it works just fine.
https://ibm.com/w_dir/webcom.nsf/comment?openform
doesn't work either.
Now, maybe at some time some other IBM website gets changed from
www-01.ibm.com to www-346.ibm.com and you can't find it at www-01 but
changing it to simply www worked for you. I'm not denying the possibility
of that. But what I will say is what I'm currently seeing in the
paragraph above.
