The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I get an email from hw_support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx saying that service number
12345,123,000 (numbers changed) has been updated.
There is no link in the email.
I go to the (supposedly) combined hardware/software service requests
website:
https://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
If I look for this number "by software request number" I get "No data was
found for this display.".
If I change to "by hardware request number" I get a single entry field
instead of the three entry field that software has. I cannot fit the
above number (12345,123,000) into the box.
If I ask to see all my hardware requests it doesn't show. And the one
that does show is a single field.
