How did you transfer it from the IFS to your PC after exporting it? Maybe
windows doesn't recognize it because of a error copying it from the IFS to
your PC. I've seen that before especially when ops nav is used.

Do you have a copy of the certificate somewhere, like in an email where you
would have received it from the Certificate Authority?
