It can be CPF0000 or specific.

AJS (Advanced Job Schedule) can add a monitor message via Navigator, but text is unclear if CPF0000 supported in same way a CLLE handles.
Also unclear if can set a global monitor for all the command steps.
Have a group of writers to start and they want the flexibility of changing the list via Navigator, avoiding a "program change", but need it to never halt if print device removed.
