I get that it's a redirect that loops back on itself. IBM must have changed something (again). I'm lazy so I just use ibm.com/support

I've been using this link forever to access the IBM Support Portal and Fix Central. For the last three days it has failed in IE, Firefox, and Chrome with an error saying too many redirects. I would assume that if this was a problem on their end that people would be going nuts on this list so it must be me. Anyone have any suggestions?
