The prompted command *does* show multiple entry lines:

Template Parm Name & Values:
Parm Name . . . . . . . . . .
Parm Value . . . . . . . . . .
+ for more values

And when I complete it, it looks like this, and it works:

NAMEVAL((PRM EI0152015060184143) (FLAG I))

That's why I though the value of (PRM EI0152015060184143) (FLAG I) for
&NAMEVAL, and using the variable like this: NAMEVAL(&NAMEVAL) would work.
Somehow it's not seeing that there are multiple names and values being
entered for the parameter.
