The POWER code matrix "Latest release levels" web page has been removed

from the readme:
The Minimum HMC Code level for this firmware is: HMC V8 R8.3.0 (PTF
MH01513) with Mandatory efix (PTF MH01514).

Hmm, I guess there's a new level of HMC available also. Yep, it's there
at Fix Central.
Anyone running that?
