No, it is not from DSPJOBLOG:

"The Open List of History Log Messages (QMHOLHST) API provides information
about messages that were sent to the QHST message queue."

This is definitely from DSPLOG and not DSPJOBLOG.

a message. It cannot be wrapped if it becomes full.
