In my experience i've had only 1 bad fan (and it was enough to bring down
the machine, it somehow shorted the PSU enough to bring it down). The rest
have been loose fittings between fan and assembly or between the assembly
and the backplane. I would first re-seat all those components and only then
change a fan...
Otherwise the SRC points to the middle fan (76X0 where X is the FAN
position).

The fan is operating at the wrong speed. Ensure the fans, and fan tray are
fully seated into the fan connectors. Follow the instructions for the items
listed in the FRU list:

If you were going to look at a 9406-520 whose attention light was on, and
was showing the SRC 11007620, what would you put your money on as being
the
problem?
