While configuring Telnet SSL for a customer running V5R4, I get a failure
in iSeries Access on the PC when attempting to import the successfully
created certificate. It is failing on the password. I've checked the
V5R4 IBM documentation and it calls for the ca400 default password. The
error we are getting is clearly a password failure, but I don't see
anywhere in the instructions on what to do when that "ca400" default
   password fails.

Where is this password maintained and is there a way to force it back to
   the default value?
