Sorry, I'm not a FF expert, don't know why updates are different.

I've noticed it was just released:

I'm in Brazil, maybe regional FF download servers are being updated for 38?

Well, I see the graphic and such, but doesn't say anything about being

Neither the menu nor help graphic actually appear in the software, so I'm
