I created a QM query and form which I want to print on standard 8.5 x 11 using a typical laser,
which is a >Laser Jet 600 M602< in my department.
I started with the following over-ride:
OVRPRTF FILE(QPQXPRTF) PAGESIZE(66 84) LPI(6) +
CPI(10) OVRFLW(60) FONT(*CPI) PAGRTT(0) +
USRDTA(SMP925C)
The first query manager form that printed, printed at 6 LPI x 10 CPI, which I need for readability.
As I changed column headings and page headings/footings, the report began printing at about 6 lpi x 15 cpi ?
(6 lpi >is< the lines per inch but the font is >narrower< than 15 cpi)
I then changed to a minimal over-ride:
OVRPRTF FILE(QPQXPRTF) USRDTA(SMP925C)
That produced the same reduced-font report.
DSPF shows:
Display Spooled File
File . . . . . : QPQXPRTF
Control . . . . .

The Settlement Location value is from a six character field.
The last line in the DSPF snip is the default QM page footing, which I don't
know how to change/eliminate, but because it's the longest line, I wonder if
that causes the use of a smaller font ?
Any advice as to how to get my report to print at 10 CPI is most welcome - thanks all!
