What Chuck said.  In addition, forms default to have 2 spaces between 
columns.  If I was tight for space, I've often changed this to 1 space. 
Also, I'd suggest making sure you have your override in place when 
designing the form, which may impact where the default time is placed 
right aligned on the line.
