Go to http://www.redbooks.ibm.com and in the search box at the upper right, type in "Independent ASPs" ... you will find four Redbooks that cover various topics about IASPs and "clustering" ... the second one in the list returned is the one I mentioned:
IBM eServer iSeries Indepdendent ASPs: A guide to Moving Applications to IASPs SG24-6802-00
