+1We use this for several things - it takes a SELECT statement and dumps the results into a spreadsheet - you can have a sheet that has headings and all - the data starts at the first row without content. Several options for output, as I recall.
We also use another tool that Giuseppe put together - it's at http://www.mcpressonline.com/tips-techniques/microsoft/techtip-excel-flies-higher-with-jexcelapi.htmlThis one creates only XLS files, not the latest XLSX - in fact, I think both have that limitation. These utilities are open source, so one might be able to take the latest POI and get XLSX files out of it.
