Having suggested to /collect/ the material, the unstated\implied intent was that the data would be shared. Unless the results are shared, the list of reviewers is pretty much limited to the [one] collector; whereas having been shared, others on the email list can review the shared output and compare to their own data collections to point-out any conspicuous differences from their own. I can offer none, as all I have is an ancient v5r3 public system from which I can gather only very limited data [not reflective of newer releases] further restricted due mostly to security limitations but also for storage limits on my profile there.

One comparison that can be made without input from others, is the data in the member CONFIG of the two separate files named QATMSMTP in each of the libraries QTCP and QUSRSYS. The file in QTCP may have an effective layout of the data despite not being appropriate\accurate for the actual configuration stored in the user-data copy in QUSRSYS.
