Hi, Paul,

Our MAILTOOL (with MAILTOOL Plus) software will allow you to specify the
mail router, user account, etc at a global level (like IBM's SMTP server),
at the User ID level, or at the individual email level.

If you have multiple servers already and logic to "split" up these emails
to a particular server I believe this would be a great fit for this.

This could be done from a command or using an ILE interface. Here's an
example with some other features:

Feel free to contact me offline for more info on discussing our product.

Currently, all email from our iSeries is relayed through single Exchange
server, then sent, forwarded.

Change SMTP Attributes (CHGSMTPA)
Forwarding mailhub server . . . 'PSIEXCHHUB01.PENCOR.COM' Primary
Mail router . . . . . . . . . . 'PSIEXCHHUB02.PENCOR.COM'
Backup

There is a current issue if a large amount of mail is sent, some email
providers hold or "blacklist" some of this mail.

We are looking for various solutions to spread relay this mail to either
multiple servers or multiple ports.

1) We do NOT wish the I5 to be the mail server.
2) Can more than one relay be defined?
3) What are the options?
4) Other 3rd party solutions?

Thank You
