Good idea Dan,
Have yet to find contact info for DBU . . . can't find our ops manager . . .
I have contact info in our Rdb Connect pdf, another ProData product we use, so I'll try that

I've always thought ProData to be fairly quick on support issues. Have you tried contacting them?
