RE: V7R2 group SF99721, All PTF groups except Cumulative

The level number and the date updated will not change very much over time,
but it does get all the newest groups when you order it (V7R1 anyway) At
V7R2 it does exactly as advertised but they just need to add the TCP group
to it.

Don't let the update date or group level distract you from using it.

We notice that the PTF that is supposed to include all the groups is NOT up
to date as compared to the individual group levels if you order
individually.
