Hi Paul,

Sorry I misreaded your question.
The license server component is also available through Passport Advantage.
When you are logged in, and have selected the "IBM Rational Developer for i
RPG & COBOL Tools"  there should also be an option "View and dowload
associated products". After that click on "Select individual files".
