I need to encrypt some user credentials before redirecting to a providers' web-page, which accepts the credentials and performs a seamless login.

Their encryption requirements specify Bouncy Castle RC4, which is also Base-64 encoded. I can base64 encode in rpg but have not found a solution to Bouncy Castle. Has anyone had any success with this?
