Almost all the software fix inventory is entitlement based now so the easy
way to put it is everything is shut off.
Usually it takes a week or so after your business partner submits the order
to the distributor.

Management finally approved the renewal, BP received it today.
My entitlements expired for downloads, SNDPTFORD, etc, even though I can log
in.

Fix Central?

Entitlements?
Other?
How long does the renewal process take?
