What I've typically discovered is that someone will insist that they have
one session that is set up with their messages in break mode. Because
getting these messages is oh so important.
Then these break messages annoy the snot out of them so, while they start
this session first and all, they minimize it and use other sessions to do
their real work. And then they only check their messages once a day, if
that. But, by golly, if you try to talk them into using *NOTIFY instead
of *BREAK you'd have an easier time getting Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to accept
Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
As others have suspected you may have two message queue's named the same
or some such thing.
