What happened was during your restore you received
CPF7086 Cannot restore journal QSQJRN to library (newlib)
CPF707F Cannot restore receiver QSQJRN0001 into library (newlib)
And it doesn't give you warning one about the tables using this journal.
It just continues to journal them to the old library.

We typically journal into a separate library. Just because that's the
'Mimix way'. Library has a goofy name to put it towards the beginning of
libraries to be restored.

That's what happened. Correcting it is another issue...
