That is cute but it doesn't address the problem of the OP. The OP says
that someone was often disabling it and then it wouldn't work when needed.
Not that I don't have some questions as to how something that is used by a
batch process is also used interactively by several people but, still, the
OS part of turning off/on the user profile based on a schedule does not
address their concern.
