I strongly suggest you do a
CRTMSGQ QSYSMSG
if you do not have this message queue already. This will route a copy of
certain system critical messages to this message queue.
We have MessengerPlus monitor this message queue. If they disable, we
reenable, for up to 3 times. Basically it's like giving them 9 tries
instead of just the 3 tries we have in QMAXSIGN.
