all what resides in QFPNWSSTG is an image of a disk.
You need to create a SAVE21 of the source system,
then setup a hosted LPAR and install/restore from that tape.

The issue is that in a standard LPAR, all objects exist in libraries and IFS.
In a client LPAR, all objects are within a single folder within /QFPNWSSTG/P07CLNT1.
