SNDPTFORD PTFID((MF58616 5770999 V7R1M0))
The message is that it gets out, gets an order # and a file size but
downloads maybe the original PTF but not any requisites.
It does create a *SAVF.
I get about 125 messages for PTF's that were not downloaded.
