I've done it without an unload/reload. And I've done it with an
unload/reload. Frankly I think the unload/reload is easier, less
expensive and has less IPL's. And what IPLs it has is all at once instead
of "run this for awhile, IPL, run this, IPL... To me it's easier to
coordinate with getting it all done one weekend while Mimix swapped to
backup machine versus planning several midweek IPL's.
