This HUGELY depends on your current PTF Levels AND if IBM was able to determine those levels. If you let Fix Central query your server when you ordered it or you used SNDPTFORD from that server then it will only download the PTFs you need. Otherwise it downloads EVERY possible Pre or Co-req. I've seen one PTF pre/co req over 500!

Another consideration is if the thing has multi-lingual support that could add additional PTFs to the list as well.
