IIRC, RBTSYSLIB contains objects that are used in several Help Systems products.

I don't think there is anybody left at the remote site who knows much about
the system. Maybe I could suggest some function that >might< free up disk
space. And, maybe, that would not intimidate the few people remaining who
have any knowledge of this system.
